Processing & Handling time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped to the email you provided at checkout. If you didn't receive an email contact us at contact@raelax.com.

Digital file orders are fulfilled immediately after purchase, and you will be able to download them without any delay.

We produce our clothing at our facilities across the world and ship globally.

Shipping Rates:

We offer free shipping internationally for all orders over $60 USD. For orders under $60 USD the standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Please note that we currently do not ship to military addresses and the following countries: 

Central African Republic - CF, Comoros, Cuba, Equatorial Guinea - GQ, Falklands, Guinea Bissau - GW, Iran - IR, Johnston Island, Kiribati, Korea, North (North Korea), Mayotte Island, Myanmar - MM, Nauru, Niue, Saint Pierre Et, Miquelon, Sao Tome & Principe, Sierra Leone - SL, Solomon Islands, Somalia - SO, St. Helena (S. If your order has not arrived in 28 business days, contact us at contact@noxamassager.com. Incorrect delivery addresses, customs delays, natural disasters, and delivery restrictions may delay your order. We take no responsibility for delivery delays outside of our control and will take no action on these orders during that time.

Taxes and Duties 

We cover VAT and taxes for all orders under $150. If you are being charged at customs and your order value is under $150 please contact us at contact@raelax.com.

The customer is responsible for any extra customs and duties charged by a local customs authority.
